David Donaldson is a seasoned finance leader with over 30 years of international experience across investment banking, sovereign wealth, private equity, and entrepreneurial ventures in Europe and the Middle East.

He is the founder of Wizdom Global LLC, a boutique fractional CFO advisory, and co-founder of Momentum DNA, a collective of senior finance and operations leaders delivering board-level strategy and investor-ready credibility without the cost of full-time hires.

David has advised startups, scale-ups, and established enterprises on funding, growth, and exit strategies.

Notable achievements include securing $25M VC funding for KSA’s first Insurtech growth-capital deal, founding and scaling four companies in the region, and leading equity raises and commercialisation strategies across luxury retail, AI genomics, healthcare technology, and wellness.

He also advises SME companies on Financial Planning and Analysis

He began his career in London with Arthur Andersen and later held senior roles at Salomon Brothers, Morgan Stanley and Deutsche Bank before becoming a founding member of the Emirates Investment Authority. David holds a degree in Jurisprudence from Oxford University and is a Fellow of the ICAEW (FCA).
