She is the founder of SmartScale Advisory, co-founder of Momentum DNA, and an independent Fractional COFO (Operations & Finance). Through these platforms, she helps growth-stage companies align finance and operations for scale, delivering investor-ready credibility and board-level strategy without the cost of a full-time hire.
