Verena Monichi is a seasoned finance leader with over 20 years of international experience across luxury retail, manufacturing, wellness, and entrepreneurial ventures in Europe and the Middle East.

She is the founder of FinanceFit4You, a boutique fractional CFO advisory, and co-founder of Momentum DNA, a collective of senior finance and operations leaders delivering board-level strategy and investor-ready credibility without the cost of full-time hires.

Verena has advised startups, scale-ups, and SME companies on financial transformation, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth. Her approach is hands-on and pragmatic, helping founders move from tax-driven accounting to real financial insight.

Notable achievements include: turning around fragmented accounting for SMEs in Spain and Germany; setting up a spare parts business in Saudi Arabia from scratch; and acting as fractional CFO for a fashion brand and a coaching platform to support strategic hiring and expansion.

Verena began her career in Italy and held senior finance roles at Sanlorenzo SPA, Richemont, and Technogym Emirates, where she led finance for a 70+ person entity.

She holds a degree in Economics from the University of Bologna, graduated summa cum laude, and completed further studies at the University of Westminster in London. She is fluent in German, Italian, and English.
